Act with care and respect for people and their safety, our communities and the environment, and act with care and respect for our customers and the cultures in which we operate. Confidentiality. Protect all company property and information and not use Company property or information for our own personal benefit or gain. Consistency. Avoid even the appearance of impropriety or misconduct to ensure the continued good reputation of the Company. Fair Play. Never pay or condone the payment of bribes or other improper payments. Attention. Promote a culture where ethical conduct is recognized, valued and exemplified by all personnel. Commitment. Developing a positive workplace and encourage all conduct, behavior and activities that can have a positive impact on the environment.

We encourage people to produce better, consume better, discard less. Specific guides about the Waste Hierarchy 3 Rs – Reduce Reuse Recycle have been created and shared with all the sites (HQ and operations) to be adopted.

The IQMS brings Quality, Safety, Environment and Food Safety programs together into one efficient and coherent repository. ES-KO Group is a fully ISO certified business.
