SOLUTION

The contract signed with DynCorp Int. / US State Department of Defense is about the turnkey construction of an infrastructure in Afghanistan.

The project led by ES-KO International included: the design, procurement, delivery at place in Kabul (according to DAP INCOTERM 2010) with a special Russian Antonov cargo aircraft; civil and ground works and complete mechanical assembly of the Afghan Central Police Academy – a fully equipped, 1,500-person capacity complex in Kabul, built with steel modular panel technology.
