Formed as an officer in the Carabinieri and doctor in Political Sciences, Franco 35 years’ experience with ES-KO started in the Middle East with camp support services. Then Namibia, in 1988, to mobilize the first peacekeeping support project with UNTAG. From 1992 to 2000, mainly in former Yugoslavia to support the UN and NATO missions. In 2010, with Roger, he led the acquisition of EFS and from there the organization and growth of the group, to include several successful acquisitions. He is Group President since 2020.

Roger is an experienced international executive and leader who joined ES-KO and the logistics sector in 2007. Roger led the acquisition of EFS in 2010 and successfully implemented the company’s restructuring and growth strategies, becoming its CEO in 2014. In 2019 he led the acquisition of BlackBull, helped nurse it through Covid through to its current growth. Since 2020, he has also been the CEO of ES-KO and holds several board/director positions in in ES-KO Group companies. Roger works closely with the Board of Directors and was appointed ES-KO Group Limited Managing Director in 2023.

As Chief Financial Officer of the ES-KO Group, Giorgio is responsible for overseeing financing activities, M&A financing, business planning and forecasting, financial reporting, taxation, auditing and process improvement. He has more than 30 years of experience in working with international corporations and has been at ES-KO since May 1994.

Thanks to his strong field experience mainly in Africa, Alain started his career in a large logistics company and then successfully created his own company more than 20 years ago. He then took over Navitrans in 2016, which he has completely revitalized through the development of its services and the creation of winning strategic synergies. Navitrans manages the vessel “M/V Laetitia V”, which serves the African coast and bears the name of his daughter. Navitrans joined the ES-KO Group in 2021.

Thanks to his successful experience in the military and naval sectors, as well as his solid knowledge of husbandry, bunkering and security services, he founded Black Bull in 2009, which has become a key player in port agency services in Spain and around the world. He graduated from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Spain and from the Universidad de Amsterdam in the Netherlands and is fluent in 3 languages. The companies of the Black Bull Group joined the ES-KO Group in 2019.

Entrepreneur in the business services sector as co-owner of various companies operating in the fields of technical consultancy in the marine damage sector, quality control and petrochemical sampling, Andrea has extensive expertise in business strategy and management. Italian, bilingual in Spanish, English and French. Multi-talented and highly experienced in management and business strategies, Andrea is the STCR and Risk MC General Manager and has joined the ES-KO Group in 2021.

Ferdinando gained experience in staff and command roles in Italy and abroad, through his position as General of Carabinieri. Thanks to his knowledge of international law, he has represented Italy in various international legal forums. On behalf of the Ministry of Defence, he has led the negotiation of government agreements in the Middle East, Far East, and North Africa. Member of the UNESCO Bureau and the UN Contact Group, he is President of Risk MC and Director of ES-KO GSS.

Thanks to his successful experiences, extensive business network and in-depth market knowledge, Massimo founded Ciano International, which has operated in more than 25 countries in the field of real-life assistance for large communities and has managed shipping and marine catering services in Italy and abroad. He is based in Italy and, since joining ES-KO in 2022, has been developing the group’s camp services and catering activities, with a focus on the military, NGOs and the oil and gas sector in Africa.
