M/V Laetitia V: Multi-purpose sea freight solution and ship-to-ship operation services in Africa
REQUIREMENT
Serving Clients along the West African Coast and delivering to any Western Africa ports from a hub or a major port. M/V Laetitia V can deliver on offshore sites to any rig or operating unit.
SOLUTION
Built in 2017, the vessel M/V Laetitia V is a model of ingenuity and efficiency, known for her flexibility, high transport capacity, versatility, flexibility, reliability and easy manoeuvrability.
The ES-KO Group uses its own coastal ship (type LCT). Deployed along African coast, the M/V Laetitia V carries several types of cargo – from conventional containers to drilling mud in a double hull tank. Over the year, we have transported construction equipment as well as rolling stock through the ship and have carried out shipments for the United Nations, delivering also to offshore oil sites or to another ship. The adaptability of the M/V Laetitia V is mainly due to its modern design and equipment package (e.g. ramp to allow unloading of rolling stock, and manifolds for liquid bulks). The vessel has a policy of 0% ballast (she makes its way through the water without carrying it) and optimizes its routes and cargo planning to reduce fuel consumption; the revolutionary oil filtering system ensures main engine and generator Lukoil lifespan can be extended up to eight times.
